Cool Components is proud to introduce the most versatile system for remotely venting heat generated by heat producing audio video systems. The appropriately named Remote System Cooler will ideally vent and cool projector enclosures, built-in cabinetry and equipment closets. While other products on the market can only be installed in attics, the remote fan unit is compact and quiet enough to be installed in a ceiling or room soffit to reduce unnecessary tubing. It is also attractive enough to be retrofitted in a closet by mounting it on the wall and powerful enough to properly ventilate even the most demanding applications.
The system is available in two versions - 100 CFM and 160 CFM (please note: the 160CFM version is temporarily unavailable). The system utilizes 4" flexible duct to move the air from the remote location to a desired destination such as the HVAC return vent system or to a remote exhaust port. This unit can be used in conjunction with our rough-in boxes and passive grills for intake or outlet. The fan unit is top quality and features a unique design where the fan blades can be easily cleaned and serviced.
