Polarity Warning & Information

All of our Products are Polarity Sensitive. When installing and subsequently organizing power wires, ensure to be careful not to reverse polarity (connect positive to negative). Ensure to always power down the products when working with the power wires and ensure that the connectors are correct before reconnecting power.

In the Event of a Polarity Failure. Please complete the warranty form and if it is your first issue, we will replace the fan/s on most products at no charge. All we ask is that the customer pays for the shipping. In most cases, we will simply send a new fan (just the actual fan) but some of the products require you to return the unit and in other cases we may request to have the damaged fan returned for inspection.

The only exception is that the Basic and Advanced Temperature Controllers are protected against a polarity reversal. With the Basic Controller, a reversal will be 'passed through' (the cooling unit can still be damaged) but the Advanced Controller will protect any connector products.
