Compared to the other Component Units, this unit is mid-depth, not full depth like the other units, with means you cannot place larger components on top of the unit, this would more likely be used on top of an amplifier or receiver. This unit features Dual 92 mm fans. The fans still utilize the magnetic bearing system which is superior to ball bearing fans which just get louder as time goes on. The magnetic bearings are simply a newer and far superior technology.
