Dealer Qualifications

If you are a registered dealer on CoolComponents.com as of September 25, 2009, your registration information has already been transferred to this site.  There is no need to re-register.

 

We offer a dealer program that applies to home technology resellers and this includes audio video system contractors, electrical, security, and retailers of technology parts and systems. Furniture manufacturers and resellers also qualify as dealers as well.  We do confirm dealer status so if you are uncertain if you qualify, please contact us to ensure there is not a delay with your order. This is very important to maintain the integrity of our dealer programs.

To Register as a Dealer

To register as a Dealer, go to 'Account Info' and then 'Register'.  In the 'Customer Type' drop down box, select 'Dealer'.  If uncertain if you are a dealer, read above!

 

When registering, please include all information including your company name (very important). Please also include in the 'Comments' section, your website address or other information that allows us to more easily verify dealer status. If information is not provided to verify your status, your initial order may be delayed (we do not verify dealer status until an initial order is placed).  If we are unable to verify the status within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.

 

Florida Tax Exempt Dealers Only   If you are a dealer in Florida AND are tax exempt, if you place an order immediately, the site will automatically apply sales tax. As long as your Tax ID number is provided, tax will be removed when we process the order internally. Upon confirmation of tax status, we will also apply tax exempt status to your website account so tax will not be applied on subsequent orders.  If tax does appear in future, please contact us.
