We review all orders to ensure that you have everything you need on the job.  We want you to be confident when ordering and we will do all we can to make the experience the best it can be.   

First Orders. If you are a new dealer, please submit your first order online as that provides the key information we need to setup your account. If you need assistance during the process, please do not hesitate to call and we will be glad to assist you.

Marketing of Products

Do you sell surge protection?  Our products should be marketed by dealers in the same manner that surge protection is presented to clients. Our products help increase airflow around components and vent systems which will ensure that the components do not overheat which can cause immediate problems and/or shorten the lifespan of the equipment. The difference between our products and surge protection is that while surge protection may be necessary once a month, once a year, or maybe never, cooling products help protect the systems every second they are on!  

Competitive Advantage. A cooling 'system' can also be as basic as a single Vent Fan unit or other cooling product so some level of cooling should be included in your proposals. At this stage, while cooling products are still somewhat 'under the radar', companies can gain a competitive advantage by including cooling in their proposals.  This will show clients that you care about their systems and when comparing your quote to others it will raise questions when their bids do not include this protection.
