Proper customer service and support is fundamentally the bedrock of every company but unfortunately this is another area that has taken a bad turn over the years but not with CCI. We simply understand that service and support is a big part of our products and we enjoy our interactions which it's made easier when make quality products and most interactions are problems and complaints! Most people never think much about cooling until they have a problem and can require a crash course. We strive to provide a lot of information on the website and with the individual products but we're always happy to work with customers to design a cooling system that precisely fits their needs, the application and budget.
Note About Our Service & Support
We find there is great efficiency in working via email. It allows the opportunity to receive pics and drawings and all relevant information which can be reviewed during the course of helping someone not only in the moment but in the future. We are able to respond with full detail including links and our drawings... We understand that many people prefer a phone call but since we really encourage working via email we also vow to respond quickly and often times will address messages sent after hours and weekends.
