Very simple, we feel that putting the products and customers first is not only the right thing to do, it also leads to financial success and stability and with being in biz 15+ years and still going strong, even being the #1 electronics cooling company most of those years, it is a winning formula! We do not make decisions based on profit and our products are designed for longevity, not just long enough to make it past the warranty. Our service is also second to none and with sales it's more the norm to recommend the basics over systems with all the bells and whistles and at times we even recommend solutions that do not lead to purchasing anything.
Our commitment and Focus. CCI is a niche business which is all about cooling. We're not a rack company dabbling in cooling, we're not a garage company selling products on the side, we're not switching focus just seeking profitability, in fact we achieved that long ago by being ultra lean which also led to operating debt free for many years now!
