This section is dedicated to introducing ourselves to the international community.  We are currently expanding beyond the US and surrounding countries into Europe (Western and Eastern), Australia, and the Far and Middle East.  With the many import/export laws, restrictions, and logistical challenges, this is a fairly slow process to implement but our customers are our driving force!  We have always been driven to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and by working together with our international customers, we can certainly overcome the various obstacles in the exporting process.

 

Distributors.  We are currently seeking relationships with distributors from various nations that serve the custom residential and commercial markets.  We are actively in discussion with several distributors but am always interested to hear from distributors that are motivated to add a product line that is easy to both sell and support.

 

Dealers.  We can currently ship directly to most countries and we will help subsidize shipping costs until distribution is setup in your respective countries.  Please contact us or check back on this page for more details.  We have not worked out these details yet but the bottom line is that if you wish to buy our products, we will work with you to make that happen.  Simply be in touch and we will help however possible.

Shipping Information.  At this point, we have found that the best method for air shipping is using the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Their rates and delivery times are comparatively reasonable and the service is reliable.  We are however able to ship through Federal Express and UPS and we can also ship using your own shipping accounts as well.

 

As mentioned above, we are also willing to help subsidize shipping costs.  The biggest challenge we are having is how to integrate such a program with our website system.  We are exploring a few options at this time but please contact us and we'll work with you directly in the mean time.

 

Shipping Estimates.  On the website, the shipping calculation is only an estimate and for international shipments, it can sometimes be low or very high.  We will only charge the actual shipping cost as we are not attempting to make money on shipping!

 

Power Supply Issues.  One other small issue at this point is that we are still working through the change of voltage and plug types but this is not a huge challenge.  All of our products utilize DC voltage and we utilize a standardized plug type so sourcing 'local' power supplies should be very easy.  Sourcing your own power supplies will also save on shipping costs as power supplies are heavy.
