Warranty & Return Policy

Our products are covered by fair and typically common sense warranty policies.  In general, coverage applies to manufacturing defects and not if a unit is damaged during installation. We have very stringent and nearly unheard of quality control measures including multiple tests on each and every product shipped.  Issues can still arise and we will simply do our best to work though the issues.

If simply want to return an item that is fully functional or the product is simply damaged and there is no need for troubleshooting, simply complete the form below.

For other items, the first step is to check troubleshooting information in the product listings.  If not resolved, be in contact and preferably via email ([email protected]) and if the problem cannot be resolved and the item needs to be returned, complete the form below to arrange for the return and replacement. All defective products will be replaced with an equivalent product or can be returned for a refund or credit if the failure occurs within the first 30 days. After 30 days no refunds or credits will be issued without special authorization.  Any item that is returned as defective but found to not be defective will incur a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund or credit due (this is for testing and repackaging).

It is also important to note that only the products purchased through authorized resellers are covered under this, or any other expressed or implied warranty.  BEWARE THE MOST INTERNET SALES INCLUDING AMAZON AND EBAY ARE UNAUTHORIZED SALES! Any damage that may occur to other equipment, cabinets, enclosures, or structures are not covered under warranty. Also, please note that Cool Components cooling and venting products are solely intended to facilitate airflow around components and systems and are not intended to be used in lieu of, or inconsistent with, manufacturer recommendations for proper clearances and ventilation requirements for equipment.
 
For returns of unopened items that are not defective but are simply not needed or wanted, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

While the products are guaranteed against defects and failures, we cannot guarantee or support issues that may occur due to installations which may have led to the failure of the units or that would affect the performance of the units.
